Binaural Beats Files

My Binaural Beats files are different. This may or may not be a good thing.
- Most Binaural Beats files put one frequency on the left ear and one frequency on the right ear.
- I put one frequency on the left ear, one frequency on the right ear, and part of a public domain audiobook in the middle. The audiobook is an attempt to make the experience similar to guided meditation, and to alleviate boredom.
- My files names start with the frequency difference between the left and right ear (38 hz, for example). The second number is the Base Frequency (that is the frequency on the left ear). So if the filename says 38 hz 100 base, that means there is 100 hz on the left ear and 138 hz on the right ear.

These are theta waves with 100 hz base frequency. Studies have shown 100 hz activates the vestibular system and improves balance (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-018-35244-3). Studies have shown theta frequency Binaural Beat get your brain into theta waves (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5487409/). PD brains tend to get stuck at 20 hz, so getting the brain out of 20 hz seems like a good idea [to my high school educated brain]).
